INSPECTIONS - Upon receipt of your exhibit from the previous
trade show, we will set up and inspect your display. This process
consists of an inventory of all components to ensure that the exhibit
has returned intact. Once inventoried we will thoroughly clean the
exhibit and make any repairs necessary so the exhibit is show ready.
The exhibit will then be placed into storage until your next show.
SHIPPING AND RECEIVING - Many exhibit companies dismiss
shipping and receiving as an integral part of a company's trade
show program. We understand that if your display does not arrive
on time and in good condition your trade show experience will suffer
greatly. That is why we only work with carriers experienced in handling
exhibit properties. Once we receive your request our logistics coordinator
will take your show ready exhibit and review the most cost efficient
method to insure that your exhibit will arrive to the convention
facility on time and in excellent condition.
CUSTOMER SERVICE - Let us know if you need any extras for
your booth. We are capable of providing anything from plasma televisions
to plants. With over fifteen years of experience we have developed
key relationships with specialty suppliers. If you need it, we can
get it! We also offer a 24 hour hotline should anything come up
at anytime. If you are at a show and have questions, we are available.
Should you have a light bulb burn out, we are available. We are
here to service our clients and make your trade show experience
a pleasurable one.
